We went on free world cup jersey day for our 1st visit to this location. We knew it would be busy so, didn't mind the wait. The crew members here were great! They were so busy but still polite and helpful. Food was hot and fresh too. Great job!
Stopped by during lunch and the service was disappointing. The employee seemed annoyed and wasn’t very friendly. I get that it was busy, but customer service could definitely have been better.
I visited Chipotle during the lunch rush and was disappointed with the service I received. The employee assisting customers seemed uninterested, lacked friendliness, and did not communicate clearly. The overall interaction felt rushed, and basic customer service expectations were not met. I understand lunch hours can be busy, but customers should still be treated respectfully and professionally. I hope management can address this and improve the customer experience.
